Healthcare Pro Users represent a segment of well-versed users in hospital operations. They frequently access the website for more complex needs.

The welcoming point of the hospital's website presence, providing users with clear navigation, an overview of the hospital’s services, and quick access to Reservation scheduling, and prescription instructions.
Make Reservation 1: Condition & Specialty
Suggesting user the relevant specialties base on their conditions, streamlining the process of finding appropriate care and specialists.
Make Reservation 3: Schedule Appointment
With a doctor selected, users move to a interface showing the doctor's available slots. Users can easily pick a date and time.
Make Reservation 2: Select a Doctor
Offers a list of doctors with essential details: name, title, and a short bio. Includes efficient filters for sorting by specialty, availability, etc.
Pre-visit Information Submission
After appointment scheduled, users reach a confirmation page detailing their appointment information. Users are encouraged to submit pre visit information. This step ensures the doctor is prepared for the visit.
Patient Center - Medical Records
A secure hub for patients' health data includes organized medical records, lab results, prescribed medications, and other relevant reports, enabling patients to review or download information.
Patient Center - Billing
Simplifies healthcare finances by displaying itemized bills and payment statuses. It's designed to ease the stress of medical expenses
